George Walkley, our Service Manager continues to be the leader in repair services for Digital Betacam, HDCAM, HDCAM SR and cameras.

There's a few things we can't fix, but most things we can. Please click on a link above for more information. And if you're not sure, always call.

Rates
SD (Standard Definition)Service - $125/hr:
Includes cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting, alignment, and/or repair of standard definition cameras, camcorders, monitors, vtrs, and any audio equipment.

HD (High Definition)Service - $140/hr:
Includes cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting, alignment, and/or repair of high definition cameras, camcorders, monitors, and vtrs.

Notes:

The above rates are valid for "Depot" and "Field" service - we don't charge different rates for field service.
Travel time inside the Twin Cities metro area for field service is charged portal - to portal at the 'SD' Service rate.
Travel time inside the Twin Cities metro area is not charged if 8 hrs are spent on-site in one day.
Travel outside of the Twin Cities metro area is billed at ½ of the 'SD' rate.
1 Hr minimum / Refused Quote rate.
Our 'Non Linear Systems' (i.e. Final Cut Pro and Avid System) service rate is $125/hr.

Cameras
Z Systems is well-versed with every recognizable format of professional video camera, and provides service on them in two major areas. Whether your camera got dropped in the lake and needs fixin', or you just want it set up and the colorimetry aligned, give us a call. We can make it work again, and we can make what it captures look great.

Monitors
How do your monitors look these days? Getting a bit fuzzy, are they? Got some red and green lines across the top? Never fear, we can fix all that. Monitors, like computers, have moods. They have good days and bad. Call us to get your monitor working again, or to align one that just seems a bit off.

Avid/NLE Editors depend on their Avids to get the job done, and they depend on Z Systems to keep their Avids running healthy and to be there when things go bad. We are an Avid Premier Reseller with two on-staff ACSRs to minimize your downtime. With one ACSR speaking fluent Windows, and the other a Mac guy, we'll get you going again. What's that? You're not completely down, just in need of a little tune-up? Computer not working fast like it should? The media keeps disappearing? No problem is too small. We'd like to help.

Networks
Every year, hundreds of brains are senselessly numbed while trying to figure out a networking problem. For Pete's sake, put that brain away and call us up. We have people on-staff to figure out those maddening problems for you. Our shining example is Greg Chastain, whose own residence features a ratio of four computers for every beating human heart. You've got Mac, you've got PC, or you've got some mutt mix of a litter that isn't talking nicely like they should, it really doesn't matter. We can get you back up and running fast.
